•    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days and delivered within 5-10 working days depending on delivery location.
•    Delays due to logistics or unforeseen issues will be communicated via email or phone.
•    We will duly share the courier tracking details and customers are freee to track or communicate with the concerned courier agency regarding their parcel delivery.
•    We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
