​1. Shipping Partners

All our domestic and international orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders (India): No additional delivery/ shipping charges on a retail order of Rs. 1000 or more.

• International Orders: Shipping charges vary depending on destination, order size, and courier service. These will be informed through a separate email to your registered email (given at the time of ordering). Invoice for the same shall be separately issued and payable in addition to our product prices.

Note: Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are charged separately.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Domestic: Orders are typically delivered within 5 - 10 business days.

• International: Delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

All delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges levied by the destination country. These charges are:

• Not included in the product or shipping prices

• The responsibility of the customer

• Collected at the time of delivery by the local customs authorities.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track the delivery status directly with the courier.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Bulk/ Wholesale International Orders

We welcome bulk international orders and are fully equipped for export with a valid Import Export Code (IEC). Shipments are processed in compliance with export regulations, and we are open to dispatching goods to countries where the import of food products is permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their country allows the import of such items and for obtaining any required approvals or clearances.
